I am excited to be offering yoga classes online and have created different series to dive deeper into your practice.

Types of Yoga Classes

Restorative Yoga Classes ONLINE  

In these online yoga classes, we will explore relaxation and connect to the body, mind and spirit.

The class is focused on passively opening the body and providing an opportunity to peel back the layers of tension. Move from a place activity to receptivity in the stillness of this practice.

Interested in diving in check out the different series for exploration into your own self-care.

Classes are 75 minutes

Props required for class:

    • Bolster
    • Pillows
    • Blankets
    • Blocks or books

This practice is suitable for all levels.



Gentle Hatha Online & Inperson 

This class is now available online & in person. 

A gentle Hatha class where we will open, release the body, fascia, joints through movement and breath.

This class creates space to connect to your body, mind and spirit through gentle movement and flows.

Props required for this class:

    • Yoga Mat
    • Blocks
    • The strap (or use a belt)

This class is suitable for all levels.
