I think it is essential sometimes to go into retreat, to stop everything that you have been doing, to stop your beliefs and experiences completely and look at them anew, not keep on repeating like machines whether you believe or don’t believe. You would let fresh air into your minds.
In addition to offering you an escape from routines, retreats set themselves apart due to the specific intention. This intent can be an issue that you wish to focus on but don’t get time for or simply provided yourself with quality time in nature to rejuvenate.

I am excited to offer retreats on our land.
Our property consists 23 acres of land with the accommodations nestled into the woods; creating the perfect space to disconnect from daily life, find time to reconnect to self and rejuvenate your soul.
For instance being close to nature has shown to reduce the production of cortisol, the primary stress hormone. Clean air, calm surroundings, and trees allow you to unwind and restore before resuming daily life.
Retreats include accommodations, yoga, vegetarian meals and more.

Jamaican Retreat is being conducated at Go Natural.
Go Natural, a lovely bohemian-style eco-resort, and your home-away-from home, is in one of the most pristine areas of Jamaica, surrounded by ocean on one side and mountains on the other, but still just a short 30 min trip into town for shopping and experiencing the Jamaican culture. It is directly on the seaside, with fantastic ocean views and surrounded by gorgeous green nature. Nearby to sugar-white beaches, majestic waterfalls, breathtakingly beautiful mountain peaks and tropical flora.
Portland is on Jamaica’s East Coast and is one of the most beautiful places on the island with its warm blue waters, romantic coves, virgin beaches, breathtaking panoramic views and waterfalls. It is not a tourist area, therefore you will be far away from the rush and hustle of the city but still have the chance to meet locals, walk around and enjoy amazing wild nature and the pulsing culture of sweet Jamaica.
It is a quiet, safe place where you can relax and listen to the birds singing and the ever-flowing voice of the ocean. There is a private beach, access to a sea lagoon, and plenty of space to relax and rejuvenate.

Our team wants you to feel safe and relaxed and find a sanctuary to let go and return to yourself.
We want you to feel inspired in your yoga practice, to try new postures, meditations and breath work where you are able to let go of what is no longer serving you. We want you to feel renewed and inspired mind-body-soul connection.
Our team will share workshops with you to dive deeper into the knowledge about your own body and subtle body.
Our intention is to bring together a community of like-minded people to find balance, have fun, be excited to learn and be open to new adventures. We cannot wait to see the people we bring together to share this life-changing experience.
Each day will start with a gentle yoga practise awakening the body and mind. The afternoon sessions with include workshops where we will dive deeper into our subtle bodies and learn how to connect within. You will experience rejuvenation and a deeper connection to your heart and soul. The evenings will offer restorative yoga classes that will include meditation for relaxation and prepare you for deep and restful sleep.
After a week with us, you will have experienced a deep release of what no longer serves you and a deeper connection to your heart desires in order to step forward in life with confidence and peace. The tools you will learn can be taken back to your daily life so you can continue to stay connected
